Your First Visit

What to Expect for Your First Visit

If you've been trying to conceive for six months or longer without success or are considering egg freezing, we encourage you to schedule a consultation with one of our specialists. During your visit, you and your partner (if applicable) can discuss your concerns, ask questions, and explore potential next steps. Your provider may recommend additional tests to better understand any fertility challenges, ensuring only necessary evaluations are conducted to save time and cost.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Before your first visit, we recommend contacting your insurance company to review coverage for fertility services. When speaking with the customer service representative, be sure to inquire about copayments, deductibles, lifetime maximums, prior authorizations, precertifications, fertility case management requirements, or any excluded services.

If your insurance covers the initial consultation, any applicable copay, coinsurance, or deductible will be due at the time of your visit. This will help ensure a smooth check-in process.

What to Bring

If you’ve had previous fertility-related tests, such as bloodwork or a transvaginal ultrasound, please bring those records with you. Our team will review your history and determine if additional testing is needed to create a personalized treatment plan.

After Your Visit

Once we’ve established a care plan, we’ll provide clear next steps, including payment details, and offer ongoing support. You’re always welcome to reach out with any questions.

Payment Information

Any co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles required by your insurance are due at the time of your visit. These are set by your insurance provider, and we are required to collect them at the time of service.
